This SMS Privacy Policy explains how MAZEEG LLC ("MAZEEG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our conversational SMS program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

When you voluntarily opt in to receive conversational SMS messages from MAZEEG LLC or communicate with us by text, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, SMS consent record, opt-in and opt-out status, date and source of consent, and the content of your messages and our responses. We may also receive limited delivery, device, and carrier information needed to transmit and troubleshoot messages.

How We Use Personal Information

We use SMS information to respond to customer-service inquiries; discuss products, existing orders, returns, and general support questions; deliver and troubleshoot messages; manage consent and opt-out preferences; prevent fraud or misuse; keep compliance records; and meet legal obligations. We do not use consent provided for this conversational SMS program to send bulk, automated, marketing, or promotional messages.

How We Share Personal Information

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. No mobile opt-in or text-message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data.

Service providers that support message delivery, such as RingCentral and mobile carriers, may process mobile numbers, message content, and delivery data only on our behalf as needed to operate the SMS service, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. They are not permitted to use SMS consent information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.
