Mazeeg LLC — Terms & Policies

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions in their entirety. Please read carefully before completing your order.

1. Product Nature

All products sold by Mazeeg LLC are sourced through bulk liquidation and may include:

  • Open-box
  • Overstock
  • Customer returns
  • Shelf pulls

Condition Ratings

  • Excellent — Near new with minimal signs of use
  • Very Good — Light wear or handling
  • Good — Noticeable wear but fully functional
Important Original packaging may be damaged or missing. Accessories may be incomplete unless explicitly stated. Images may be stock photos unless otherwise specified. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of these products.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Mazeeg LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.

3. Limitation of Liability

Mazeeg LLC is not responsible for any misuse of products or damages incurred after delivery has been completed.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if items are defective or not as described at the time of purchase.

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns will not be accepted for buyer's remorse
  • Cosmetic conditions consistent with the listed grade are not grounds for return

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued following item inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

5. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of damage. Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Mazeeg LLC, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Important Notice Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered fraudulent. We maintain comprehensive records including product descriptions, shipment tracking, and customer communications to dispute illegitimate chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed and resolved in our favor, the customer may be permanently banned from future purchases.
